Keeping your pool sparkling clean doesn't have to be as cumbersome as you might think. All pools are different, and so are their maintenance needs. The majority of apartments and villas have either private or shared swimming pools requiring regular maintenance and cleaning.

Gardening & Landscaping

Whether you require major re-landscaping of your gardens or simple regular maintenance we can find an arrangement to suit your needs. We use a number of local tradesmen for these services and would be happy to discuss this further with you at your convenience.

General Property Management

If you require the services of local tradesmen for either fixing of emergency problems or for installation of new services, we can arrange this for you. We can arrange this on a one-off basis or provide a maintenance contract giving you peace of mind should you need to call out a tradesman in an emergency. We can also arrange for cleaners to visit the property on a regular basis, especially useful if you are planning to rent your property on a short term basis during the season.
